Williams the author of this book, client is an individual with personalities, need, and desires. They become the vital part in our world of professional. Mr. Thomas himself has run the interior design firm for 30 years, so that he has many experienced regarding to client-designer relationship that he has written in this book as good case study example.


Mr. Thomas will also explain the process of getting to know about client. He wanted to guide every interior designers not to be too afraid to face the client as there are many of client also started out fearful of the design process. They actually have some reason why they act like that and the interior designer should understand & guide them through the initial interview, client communication & contact to follow up, preparing presentation to the client as the form of visualization, and produce a good ending which this book has set up.
